These terms govern your use of Antinode. By using the app you agree to them. Where they are silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Magiscan Inc. grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Antinode on devices you own or control, under the rules of the App Store. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or attempt to extract its shaders or assets for use elsewhere.
Antinode is free to use, with fourteen worlds — one from each pack — and unlimited output to a television. Antinode Plus unlocks the remaining worlds and all five modulation schemes.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Antinode draws to music, and on loud music that means bright, repeating light. The app includes a flash limiter that caps the rate and softens every burst; it is offered on first run and follows the system's Reduce Motion setting. If you are sensitive to flashing light, leave it on. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, disorientation or convulsions while using the app, stop and consult a doctor.
Antinode is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Magiscan Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app.
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means accepting the revised terms.
